More Halloween festivities!

profedanie

I had a blast seeing how dedicated Spain is to the terror side of Halloween. Normally in the US you can dress up as whatever you want, like superhero or a loofah. But here, people really go all out in making sure you don't sleep at night. Que asusto!

We decorated the school entrance with jack-o-lanterns and graveyard backdrops. I got my artist fix with painting an entire wall with a haunted forest, and asked the kids to paint creatures to live in it.

After story time, we all went out to patio and snacked on everyone's Halloween treats. Bloody sausage fingers, cookie tombstones, coffin cakes. So many treats... !!

I didn't quite get the "be scary" memo, so I dressed up as Moana. The eyes lighting up when I came in were priceless! Fun to be a Disney Princess for a day. :)
